Roses and Champagne
for now I'm really liking the headstrong lawyer and how the mafia boss toys with him, but how much I like it depends a lot on how the rest of the story is handled. The mentions of corruption is nice and feels realistic, but if the lawyer falls in love with the seme too quickly with no reason it's going to be meh At chapter 29 I can honestly say that this is GOOD. The romance isn't so slow burn but there's definitely the struggle of "damn I'm having feelings for a criminal" and I really like the lawyer, because he has a personality and he isn't passively taking in everything. Also the smut was much better than expected... The glove thing ooof Chapter 42 and damn, we really couldn't do without the rape uh? I'm so disappointed. He could've easily kidnapped and imprisoned him to show his "dark side", the fact that he actually SHOT him and then bandaged him was a good way to show how dangerous he is, but that he still cares too. I was really enjoying this story with its twist and turns, the complicated relationship between the leads, the interesting background setting. I hope the rape is restricted to this chapter only, at least. On the extra chapters: I was a bit disappointed by them at first since they made it look like Leewon is bearing with Caesar instead of being happy with him but damn, now I'm enjoying Leewon realizing he might be as crazy as his criminal boyfriend
