Sequels are tricky to handle, especially bc it's hard to deal with established relationships with no unnecessary drama. Here it's portrayed perfectly well: they have stuff to go through, but there's growth and cuteness and realistic fears and problems. This author is really amazing.

This was exceptionally cute? I really liked how the black haired one was already assured of his sexuality and tried to hide it - it put a layer of realism on it that I really appreciated!!

this is so good and cute. The struggles they had were credible and realistic, and the characters were awesome!!! I especially loved the two friends reacting to them being gay - different reactions, but both supportive and sweet. So good.
