I enjoy this. The main character is like a strict father that grows to become stronger for his own reason but protects those he wants to. He doesn't care for those who goes against him yet understands when he is outmatched or when he can crush what's in his way. He does treat his fights like it's exercise for the weak ones. He's a bit of a gambler with his life and he is a lover of many.
