It's damn well a good manga for ya like the family ordeals.

Not bad. It's two idiots and an obvious lie. They just don't say the truth as they like each other. Oh yea the thing of the story is because she made up a disease where she needs a guy's saliva to live so her neighbor/friend gives it to her.

He's dedicated an I wanna see him be that way for all his harem. He treats them well as individuals rather than grouping them as a harem or focusing on one. He is also "pure" but wants to still engage in typical relationship activities. So far, he is my favorite harem leader. Uhh just to let anyone know it's really '4th wall breaky' story comedy just in case someone don't like that. It happens quite often like references or addressing the people who made it.

I like the idea of slow change between a strong friendship to love. It's hard for them to realize they don't need much change in their relationship already because they already cared about each other and have fun. The only thing is that they didn't see each other in the light like they do now. When that change happens it feels weird you then and they wanna look like a regular couple but don't realize that they should just do what they usually did. If it was fun for them already, just keep doing it but grow a stronger bond while at it.

Uhh it's ok. Pretty standard isekai stuff. Read it or don't. It's a taste specific kinda thing.
