MC has a humiliation (?) fetish and falls inlove with someone way below his rank. Idk, I didn't care for the story. I didn't like the vampire/fantasy storyline. It was also too dark for me.

Fantasy and slow-ish-burn, so I didn't really like

Slow-burn, not that good. Celebrity falls inlove with his manager, but the manager doesn't have an interest in him.

Didn't like. But was an enemies to lovers sort of thing. Servant fell inlove with his master, but his master hates servants.
