Fiancée of the Wizard
Was good but has gone downhill. Translators are now posting chapters in four parts which is super frustrating. Up to Chapter 18.1
The White Cat That Swore Vengeance Was Just Lazing on the Dragon Kings Lap
It feels like its going a bit slow because of how the chapters are uploaded in quarters (I'd honestly rather just wait longer for a proper full chapter), it feels like it's just starting to kick off. I really hope she reveals herself to the prince soon so the romance can begin!
I Swear I Won’t Bother You Again!
I like the main character and Yulan, but I can't wait to see even more character to start fawning over her!!
Wendy the Florist
The Emperor Hopes for the Court Lady as His Bride
Was very interesting at the start but has just devolved into boring dribble. There are so many reincarnation stories about these days that unless you actually try to make yours interesting and unique, no one is going to be kept on their toes. Nothing terribly wrong with this in particular, but it's just slow and boring and cliche, and you might put up with that if the story line was unique and interesting, but - again - this story has been told before (and will be told again) in so many stories that are so much better than this. This is one of those stories that you subscribe to because maybe it was the first reincarnation story that you stumbled upon, maybe because you were bored, maybe because the first chapter looked interesting, but after you subscribe to it you end up forgetting about it and then when you get a notification that a manga has been updated and you get excited and then see THIS in your inbox... well, you're disappointed to say the least.
Tale of the Yellow Dragon
Was very interesting and beautiful at the start, but kinda felt like a mess with all the political stuff thrown in there. He's an emperor chosen by the whim of a dragon and is placed as an emperor without any political experience (HELL! He doesn't even know what mystical land he's in, never mind the politics of it!) and that would be fine if his council of advisers gave him the emperor title in name only and handled the politics, or if they coached him and ADVISED him on politics, but instead they totally defer to this guy who has no experience, and he doesn't even act like he wants the job or responsibility of an emperor. He's on the throne during an important council meeting where people are looking at him to make the final decision and he's just daydreaming of getting dicked down. Like, I love the concept, I love the art, I love the *@#, everything is really cool in here and it feels like it could've been great - I had such high hopes for this in the beginning - however I feel like the author got a bit muddled trying to juggle too many topics and sadly the political part kind of ruined this for me and it honestly doesn't even need to be in the plot. It's sad to see a side plot that could've been easily discarded ruin a good story like this.
