Loved this manga, it was really good, though i felt bad for Kaneki, and all that he had gone through, so i was hoping he would have a good ending. . . It ends at 143, but 143.5 has nothing to do with main story. I am a little confused about the ending? It seems like some stuff is missing maybe? It seemed kind of rushed at the end a bit, it feels like there are some unanswered scenes to it? But all-in-all, it was a good read. So there is a sequel to read, so i will check that out, and see if it has the unanswered questions to the ending of the main story. . .
