The characters' dynamics and the story is interesting, as well as the love triangle. It doesn't feel like some other cliché love triangle stories where the second ML gets in an unreciprocated love situation with the MC.

The ML is disgusting and Omegaverse is just ew. Might continue someday.

The beginning of the story was kind of good. The sex is good and all but by the end it all becomes a bit fucked up.
