If it weren't for the fact that the little brother, Tetsuo, was dead the whole time, this would have been great. I would still feel guilty if my sibling died under those circumstances. The loss alone would have left me in a vegetative state.

Not enough released yet to know of this is or is not going to be one of those constant misunderstanding-type, slow-build romances.

Low end of 4 because their love isn't super compelling. Like they are a good pair but they don't exactly develop as characters much along the way to resolving their dysfunctional relationship. Anyone else wanna string that seme up?! How dare he keep Ume in a relationship with himself and sleep with all those damn girls too. I hope he becomes impotent and developed a prominent limp.
