This story is a hilarious subversion of the typical omegaverse tropes as we see how ridiculous most of them are from an outside perspective. The beta trying to date an alpha trope isn't new, but they way it's done in this is so refreshing. Somehow in a comic where the love square (if you include Gido) includes only men, the story realistically writes the perspective of a main character struggling with his sexuality and trying to avoid getting hurt. But, the ending didn't land, neither the main or side story really felt conclusive :c
