Define The Relationship
• 5 stars: Good, engaging plot and I adore the couple. The part where they weren't speaking because Ashley didn't want to commit but they were both still yearning for each other did annoy me though. Rather than say that they weren't anything at all, he really could've just brushed it off with a laugh and all would've been well. I guess it's sort of realistic to how people make stupid mistakes, so I can't be too upset. ️: Carlyle, a non-dominant Alpha born in an aristocratic Alpha family, had difficulty having a mandatory relationship with an omega and even received counseling. The counselor encouraged him to have sex with an Alpha in order to overcome his difficulties. As Carlyle searches for a partner, he gets to meet Ash by chance. The two once shared a kiss on New Year’s Eve but unfortunately, the aristocrat doesn’t seem to remember. As Carlyle began to meet Ash more frequently, he started to develop feelings for him. What will happen at the end of their relationship?
Surge Looking For You
• 3 stars: Unconsensual intercourse at one point, and plot is slightly annoying because many problems could've easily been fixed had they communicated properly. Immature characters and pretty stereotypical omega besides him being an athlete. Couple is sweet to each other and proper near the end and the kid is cute. Consensual smut is pretty well done. ️: Born as an orphan, National figure skater Yi-rim, has always craved for someone to protect him by his side, until his encounter with National swimmer Chong-ho... Chong-ho, an Alpha with high sensitivity for pheromones and Yi-rim, an omega with scentless pheromone! Is this encounter fated, or just a coincidence...?
BJ alex
• 4 stars: Not a fan of unnecessarily mean tops or the trope of only "realizing your love" for someone as soon as the only person that's been trying is finally done. Top had a redemption arc and the characters were decently built. Side couple is also entertaining. Side stories are well done. ️: Every night at 10, Dong-gyun locks himself up in his room, grabs a box of tissues, and watches a live cam boy show hosted by Alex, a BJ (broadcast jockey). Timid Dong-gyun admires not only Alex’s ripped body, but his candor in sharing his sexual experiences with viewers. One night, Dong-gyun downs too many drinks at a school networking event and passes out. When he wakes up, he’s in bed staring up at a shirtless hunk. A hunk who looks an awful lot like...Alex.
Spring Amidst My Wintertide
• 3 stars: Characters are shallow and there should be more of a backstory considering how much history the couple has. I also found it a little strange that she seemed to get more aroused by him upon learning he was the dog she kept for a period of time as a child, but it was probably just excitement that was conveyed strangely. ️: A princess that has fallen from grace is sacrificed to the wolves. The guardian of the mountain takes her in and is friendly for reasons unbeknownst to her.
The Duchess' Lewd Invitation
• 3 stars: Many errors (mainly near ending). Husband showed no regard for his wife until she finally agreed to the divorce he filed and wanted to sleep with other men, something he agreed to allow her to do but then tricked her into only sleeping with him. Sammy was the better choice until he started acting extremely rash and immature. Overall annoying storyline but couple is sweet to each other once everything is figured out. ️: Unable to endure the greedy and unscrupulous people from his wife's family, Duke Arthur Kaplan demands a divorce from his wife, Roxanne. Knowing fully well that as soon as she gets divorce her family will sell her out to another man, the Duchess offers a bold proposal. She asks permission to have an affair with another man before the divorce, so she could finally enjoy a short period of freedom and finally knows what it's like to be cherished by someone. Roxanne then meets a kind gentle with a mask that seems to fulfill all of her desires and that feels strangely familiar.
Fly Like A Butterfly, Sting Like A Bee
• 3 stars: Characters are shallow and background is mentioned but not that relevant or shown in depth. Fairly entertaining. ️: Ranju's sinful gaze is always focused on the kind and popular angelic-like beauty in school, Jiha. When Ranju overhears that Jiha will be going on a date, she becomes determined to seduce her before it happens!
Perfect Buddy
• 5 stars: I really loved to see Hyunsoo transform into a person that's no longer afraid to be vulnerable. That and the fact the he actively tries to make sure that Youngchan knows he can depend on him in all the ways he's depended on Youngchan shows his character development even more. Overall wonderful, but I did find it unpleasant that they were unable to control their sexual urges in the workplace in some chapters. ️: Seo Hyunsoo is sure of one thing: people are scum and they will always disappoint you. Sure enough, at his very first company dinner after his transfer to a new department, he finds his coworker, the obnoxiously upbeat Baek Youngchan, performing an unsavory deed in the men's bathroom. As much as Hyunsoo would like to avoid Youngchan from that point on, Youngchan seems intent on not letting him out of his sight... Will Hyunsoo be able to evade the encroaching chaos of his new work neighbor? Or will these two clashing coworkers find that opposites really do attract?
Double Trap
• 2 stars: Minor errors. Many smut scenes aren't consensual due to bottom repeatedly saying stop (no to avail), and top being mentally disturbed to the point of not knowing he was having intercouse with the boy he parented/ considered his brother. Rating is a 2 mainly due to the side couple, but they weren't necessarily the best either. Main couple was decent near the ending and in the side stories. Displays dissociative-type disorders in a very strange way to say the least. ️: Jinsung has always had a crush on his next door neighbor, Yura, ever since they were kids. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to move in together and they practically became brothers. Jinsung eventually gave up the thought of ever becoming Yura’s lover because Yura would draw a line in the sand each time he tried to reveal his feelings. But one night, Yura’s behavior begins to change. He seems to be turning into a different person in the evening...someone with an insatiable lust for the physical… Jinsung has to admit, a side of him does enjoy his feelings being reciprocated, but this feels wrong and unsustainable. What’s gotten into Yura and is there something more sinister at play…?
Non-Refundable Alpha
•4 stars: Minor errors. Overall funny and captivating and the artsyle is very pleasant. Should've been way longer to cover up the plotholes. This just leaves me a little dissatisfied. ️: Choi Jaewon, an omega, enjoys a carefree life abroad where he spends his time messing with alphas. One day, his father requests for him to return to Korea in exchange for some money and learns upon arrival that he will be married off to an old friend of his, an alpha named Yang Junhee, in order to prevent his family from going bankrupt. Jaewon initially hates the idea of marrying Juhee, who he remembered as a nerd, but is surprised to see the man of his dreams at the altar. After getting married, they go on their honeymoon where Jaewon is informed of a promise he made to Juhee when they were kids that he has no recollection of.
