If you dislike sad shit, DON'T read this. It's a spinoff from the manga Hana No Mizo Shiru, and the protagonist is the lab gramps who takes care of Misaki, in his old days. I swear I was shocked, because I didn't know that fact when I started reading it; I was a mess when it ended. It's beautiful to the core. x
