it’s just a bunch of drabbles from a video game but it’s so cute ;-;

similar to daughter of the emperor but different in places. i think this one is based off of a novel as well, but it wasn’t received well?? the art in this one is less stiff than daughter of the emperor, and i’m quite a bit of an art whore, so that’s what i like a little more than the other one. i can’t say anything about the story just yet, because it’s just getting started, but daughter of the emperor had a lot of world building, so i wonder how this will differ from that.

i really like this so far. everyone loves elise and i love that they love her lmao. i think this is the first time i’ve seen both transmigration and rebirth used in the same story. i’m not sure if there are more out there. the art style is very lovely, i love elise’s hair. i’m sure that she ends up with the prince, but i hope everyone else gets their own happy ending. oh and i’m such a sucker for doting parents and siblings so every time her father and her older brother spoil her i just !!! love it.

this is adapted from a light novel so hahah i’m going to go read that now. this has a lot of stuff on economics and just reading it makes my head spin so i skipped a lot of that, but other than that, this is amazing. most isekai works have the person transferred to when they’re born, they’re children, or before their “destruction” happens, but in this one, she’s directly transported into the “destruction” scene, and it looks like she just acts on the fly. the drama about yuri’s backstory and her harem is amazing, and i can’t wait for her and the prince’s retribution for what they did to iris.

y’all. this is amazing. asian mythology and joseon era clothes (for like donga and chunho only but the point still stands!!) and a long haired pretty boy and it’s full color..!!! amazing! yohan and yoonsung are so awkward and cute i love them!!!!! can chunho get his memories already?? please??? i’m begging on my hands and knees.

the manga has a more comedic tone than the novel. it’s not anything bad, it’s just a little surprising. i hope violette ends up with yulan and not with the prince/king whatever. maryjun, as far as i can see from both the novel and the manga, is quite innocent. her father is a huge dick though, nothing can change my mind.

hhhhhh i really love reincarnated villainess stories. this one is a little different in that instead of trying to avoid the death route, mary faces it head on. it’s her goal. something else that isn’t usually seen in other villainess stories, is that mary has a confidant who is aware of her role. there’s maybe like one other manga/novel that i know of that has someone who knows of their reincarnation. i love how mary’s actions come off as tsundere instead of bad. it’s so cute.

a commoner as the ml. they’re so cute. i find it a little weird that she busted out her magic like that but okay.
