Ch. 1-4: Kin of the cat tribe picks up injured Kumo of the moutain dog tribe and Kumo begins living with Kin and working in his cafe. One day, they both mature suddenly and Kin awakens his second gender as an omega.
Ch. 5: Tou, Kumo and Kin's omega son, is in love with alpha doctor Ise, whose first love was Kin's omega father that looked just like Tou. However, Ise is torn between his duty at his clinic as an alpha and his fate with Tou.
