When Yukinori's father collapses, he must become the acting president of his father's small welding shop. Yukinori's time at the factory starts poorly, as his incompetence causes tension with dependable factory manager Maki and he can't get along with the other employees, who negatively compare him to his beloved father. However, Maki has Yukinori take everyone to a brothel for team building, they find out they are both gay, but due to an incident in the past Yukinori rejects Maki's advances.

At work, Shizuka's serious and capable, but, at night, he destresses by acting charming and having one night stands. One night, Shizuka hooks up with Suzukuni, a kind man whose looks are Shizuka's exact type. Despite their amazing time, Shizuka rejected Suzukuni's number, saying they'll meet again. However, Shizuka is shocked to meet him 3 days later, when Suzukuni is introduced as the acting president of his company. Now, Suzukuni's affectionately pursuing Shizuka, much to Shizuka's annoyance.
