Katou is a bishoujo games otaku and a NEET that runs a walkthrough blog. After finishing the last route of his current game, he finds out there's a hidden character, the protag's male university senpai Yuzuru. While painstakingly playing through his route, Katou is sent a ticket to meet one of the characters and randomly chooses Yuzuru. Expecting it to be a joke, Katou shows up at the appointed location only to be met with a 3D Yuzuru.

Yoruji has finally fulfilled his dream of opening his own ramen shop, Yogoto, but the flavor of his ramen is still lacking. While sulking one night, he reunites with Akemi, a man he met 5 years ago that has an acute sense of taste, especially for ramen. Not wasting this opportunity, Yoruji asks Akemi to come work at Yogoto with him and make the perfect ramen.

At his grandmother's funeral, Mayuki was comforted by a mysterious man, Kotofuji, who became his first love. 10 years later, Mayuki has moved into his grandmother's house and Kotofuji suddenly appears again. However, Kotobushi hasn't changed at all. Kotofuji reveals he is actually a god, whose true body is a scroll, and he can't disappear because Mayuki wants Kotofuji to stay with him. But, Mayuki becomes conflicted when he begins having dreams of Kotofuji's past with a man named Tsuguyasu.

At the request of his assistant Yuria, ero mangaka Asahina hires a housemaid service. Asahina is shocked when the cleaner that shows up is Sahara, Asahina's bully senpai and first love, who he ran away from after confessing. At first it seems Sahara has forgotten Asahina, but when Yuria leaves Sahara returns to his usual bullying, even rejecting Asahina's 10 year old confession. Now, Asahina fears having to see Sahara every week.

Set in the Taishou Era, Count Kuroki reunites with his only friend from school Arima at a dinner party. Arima has rumors surrounding him, including that he'll embrace anyone, man or woman, but Kuroki can't help feeling drawn to Arima like he was in his school days. However, for the sake of his family's future, Kuroki must repress his feelings for Arima.

Yuzuru keeps his distance from his classmates, having to take care of his cynical and sick older brother immediately after school. After Kotarou, Yuzuru's temporary childhood friend, returns to town and transfers to Yuzuru's school, Kotarou's persistence and warmth begins to close the distance between them. However, as Yuzuru's world starts to open up, he begins to feel guilty and conflicted for wanting to stay with Kotarou, but still feeling bound to his obligation to his brother.

Before a solo exhibition, photographer Ryotaro is taken to a drag bar, where he finds Wataru, a high school senpai he began to desire after seeing him in red heels, working as a crossdresser. When Ryotaro defends Wataru from a violent customer, he's fired and his exhibition is cancelled. Wataru says he'll compensate him, but Ryotaro offers a deal where Wataru does nasty stuff with him once a week instead. Unable to pay, Wataru, a single father and grieving widower, reluctantly takes the deal.

Insomniac author Tatsumi was often visited by 10 year old Subaru and, though initially annoyed, Tatsumi began to enjoy the noisiness and warth Subaru brought. However, Subaru was forced to move overseas due to his parents work, but promised to return as an adult. While waiting for Subaru, Tatsumi wrote a love letter in the form of a best-selling novel and sent it to Subaru, expecting him to not return after reading it. 10 years later, Subaru has shown up at Tatsumi's door.

Kei took up kendo in order to becomes a hero for his crybaby childhood friend Hikaru. When they were children, they were always together, until Hikaru had to move away. 10 years later, Hikaru has returned and has transferred into Kei's class. Kei, who's still the same as when they were children, keeps his distance from Hikaru, as he has a hard time accepting how much Hikaru, now a popular and outgoing model, has changed. However, Hikaru is determined to be as close as they were, if not closer.
