Saika has the ability to hear other peoples' thoughts. Due to his avoided, delinquent-looking classmate Yamada's loud thoughts of wanting a friend, Saika befriends him hoping to quiet him down. Instead, Yamada becomes overly attached to Saika and Saika begins hearing his thought of love everyday.

Spin Off of Kimi to Ishin Denshin Dengo is able to transmit his thoughts into others' minds. Dengo is suddenly approached by Rentaro, who yells at Dengo for being too loud. Apparently, Rentaro has been able to hear Dengo's, and only Dengo's, thoughts, despite Dengo not using his ability, since moving there. When Dengo gets lost in thought, Rentaro suddenly kisses him to stop his noisiness and then suggests they get to know each other by going out.
