Saika has the ability to hear other peoples' thoughts. Due to his avoided, delinquent-looking classmate Yamada's loud thoughts of wanting a friend, Saika befriends him hoping to quiet him down. Instead, Yamada becomes overly attached to Saika and Saika begins hearing his thought of love everyday.
