People with the ability to turn into animals are called Monsters and monster children are kept apart from the rest of society. As a child, Riku lived with monster Tsukasa, but they were forced to separate. After 10 years, in order to fulfill a promise with Tsukasa and learn more about Monsters, Riku transfers into an academy for Monsters. Finally reunites with Tsukasa, Riku begins trying to change things for the better.
