Spin Off of Kimi to Ishin Denshin Dengo is able to transmit his thoughts into others' minds. Dengo is suddenly approached by Rentaro, who yells at Dengo for being too loud. Apparently, Rentaro has been able to hear Dengo's, and only Dengo's, thoughts, despite Dengo not using his ability, since moving there. When Dengo gets lost in thought, Rentaro suddenly kisses him to stop his noisiness and then suggests they get to know each other by going out.

Transfer student Akihisa decides to have his transfer student debut, changing his appearance and speech and, most importantly, finding the fact he's an otaku. After ending up on the school's roof, Akihisa becomes engrossed in reading a manga he finds and, after finishing it, meets the owner, delinquent Oonozuka, who Akihisa accidentally reveals his otaku nature to. They soon become friends, but, one day, after he was in a fight, Oonozuka calls Akihisa to the roof and suddenly kisses him.

After becoming a delinquent, Touma distances himself from his childhood friend and one-sided love Atsushi. Despite Touma's behavior, Atsushi still tries to take care of Touma and stay connected with him. After Touma fights with his friends and they use Atsushi as bait, Touma finally confesses his feelings, but tells Atsushi to stay away from him. However, instead of listening to Touma, Atsushi becomes forceful and possessive.

Matsuoka has just transferred to a new school and his current goal is to make 100 friends.
