After failing to find a job in Tokyo, Mahiru's relative offers him a job as a housekeeper at his house in the countryside. When Mahiru arrives, he's met with many strange tenants, that Mahiru soon learns have the ability to transform into beasts. While relaxing in the house's hot spring, a lion suddenly appears. The lion quickly returns to being a human and he turns out to be Mahiru's high school crush Katagiri, who he's been trying to forget. Unfortunately, Katagiri seems to hate him.

A year after samurai Seijuurou suddenly found himself in another world, he meets beast Suguri, the guardian of the forest. Though Seijuurou wishes to find a way to return home, Suguri declares he'll make Seijuurou his bride and asks Seijuurou to fight him.
