Since he was a child, Keiji has been able to see the red string of fate. One day, Keiji notices his own string has suddenly been tied to someone, but when he follows it the other end is tied to a man. The man turns out to be a popular underclassman name Hiro. No matter what Keiji does they keep running into each other and even when he rejects Hiro, he doesn't give up.

Kamisawa was born with the ability to see and cut the strings that bond people, but, due to having this ability, he doesn't have his own red string of fate. After completing a job to a string binding his client Hara to his stalker, Hara falls in love with Kamisawa, but, not wanting to get hurt when Hara's red string connects to his fated person, Kamisawa draws the line at sex friends.
