Construction worker Yamashiro has 13 rules he lives by, including: to be open about being gay, only sleeping with 30 years old or older, straight virgins, only having one night stands, and never getting serious. However, all of his rules are broken when he sleeps with 1-class architect Yashiro, the architect for Yamashiro's current construction job.

After the death of his parents, Shouta starts raising his 3 year old brother, Fuuta, but has trouble making enough money to do so properly. One day, Fuuta runs into the street and is almost hit by a car. The driver turns out to be rude, but world renowned architect Tetsuaki. When Tetsuaki is being hunted by the media, he asks Shouta to hide him for 1 month. After few days, as a way to help Shouta earn money for Fuuta, Tetsuaki offers to give him 50,000 yen each time they have sex.
