There are 3 Akiras and 1 Shiki and Shiki goes from one to another one (Akiras) - 1st is the feminine Akira in a bed, then it's the soldier Akira and the last is the mimicking Akira. It's quite confusing... but it might be Shiki'S halucination.

They meet each other, fall in love, get married. Arbitro and Kau are Akira's parents and guys can make babies and Shiki is a "wife" even though he's still seme in this one...
