Apparently it is a doujinshi. Looks like it's supposed to be a story about 2 couples. 1st couple (Kei and Kuro) are 2 humans who live apart now cause of their jobs (or something). Kuro gets an offer from an "evil magician" (looks like a human demon to me) who looks like him. He offer consists of 3 wishes. The first wish ended up in a threesome cause the magician has a crush on another guy who look exactly like Kei (and he is an evil magician right now too but it looks like he was kidnapped and forced to become one.)
