A cop is in charge of a case that involves Grey. Grey is a thief that steals things and then returns them to this specific cop (in exchange of sex). Grey is also really good at disguising himself so he can make himself look like anybody. Turns out Grey is Haizaki (the cops neighbour), sometimes his coworker and sometimes a dude in a supermarket.
