The main story arc is NOT a sexy yaoi. It's abusive In a messed up way bc the bad guy isn't THE bad guy, but he's still doing bad things. They eventually figure it out, but it's a relationship that starts with unintentional grooming. It reminds me of Okane ga Nai (?) where the intent to pay back a kindness gets so twisted but then they get all cute in the end. I really don't care for ukes drawn so femme it looks like shota. The side story was so much better and different. It also played on the ultra femme uke stereotype in a hilarious way.

Sappy bars smut. Kind of annoying.

I liked it until the end. Thought there might be some Real development coming but then he just got over it.

WTF! Really? You're going to end it like that! This has full-on understood rape that doesn't fall into love, but goes into the confusion that comes after being groomed and forced into survival mode.

So the seme is respectful of sexual orientation, but not consent. So it's a bit weird trying to make him sound like a good bad guy.

Straight on gangrape from the shamefully aroused victim's point of view. Like the whole time, you feel like it's a trick. That you're expecting some unexpected play to go on. But then it really turns out to be an unreported gang rape. And there's no secret connection, or at least one that is revealed. I feel cheated bc I want to enjoy the smut, and I almost do but can't. But the MC lives a life of violence and then just moves on. Like I'm not over it, but the MC is.
