It took me a while to get into it. The style is rather cartoonist and not sexy. But then once I got into it, I was so very into it. And the style definitely improved as the story did.

You would think with the tentacle porn, I would be really excited. But I just didn't care for the main pairing. I did enjoy the secondary pairing a lot, even if they really didn't get much of a story.

I like this story bc the rapee doesn't automatically fall in love with the rapist. It's dark and sometimes difficult to understand.The ending is them acknowledging the twisted and not forgetting what happened. It does get a bit sappy in the end. You can follow the story and see intentional endings get rewritten and extended bc the fan base isn't ready to let go. So it's very much sentimental in the end.

Definitely not my usual, but turned out to be really good.

Honestly, I don't read hetero stories on here but the idea was interesting. The male lead is drawn oddly, just subtle enough to be jarring. I was going to quit around chapter 17. But if you can get through the sappy stuff, it gets really interesting.

Now reading on AsuraScans.com I dislike the MC. Also, the artwork looks almost exactly like Solo Leveling, but the story is different. I do like the story, but am constantly comparing the two since both look so much alike. The good thing is that it is unlikely to become harem.

I love stories like these. Just odd concepts run to their fullest.
