You would think with the tentacle porn, I would be really excited. But I just didn't care for the main pairing. I did enjoy the secondary pairing a lot, even if they really didn't get much of a story.

I need more of this couple. Way better than the previous couple. I like that he doesn't give in just because of previous emotional damage. He's confused and he should be.

I prefer the author's other work. It's a good sex scene. But it's an alternate universe story that has little to do with Attack on Titan or the characters themselves (appearance vs personality).

I like this story bc the rapee doesn't automatically fall in love with the rapist. It's dark and sometimes difficult to understand.The ending is them acknowledging the twisted and not forgetting what happened. It does get a bit sappy in the end. You can follow the story and see intentional endings get rewritten and extended bc the fan base isn't ready to let go. So it's very much sentimental in the end.

While I enjoyed the majority of this work, I really hated the student/teacher one. That was just plain rape with an over romanticized and gullible uke thinking it's love. Like I hated that story arc so much that it tainted my opinion of the other adorably cute ones with the adorably cute misunderstandings.

So I had to update my rating. The story was re translated and I now know what's going on. And I am so glad I came back to it. Looking forward to the next chapters. But I have no idea what is going on.

I absolutely love this series! Like, it's everything I wanted with no surprise disappointments. I saw a comment about being disappointed that it's not a trans character. But I think that it is really close to that. Either trans or non binary.
