I didn't like the ending, specifically going back to the name thing. But I loved the story. Also, I love that whole making up BL fanfic about your hot boss. ETA: Well apparently that wasn't the end like I thought it was. But they lose their strong personalities the moment they run off. And now it's cycling through cliches sitcom tropes. Like the one about the childfree woman finding a baby in the woods. And the one about the strong man becoming a doting father type. And over all, just really sappy. I wish I hadn't read past the escape.

Originally 5 star, but the story changes around c90. Kinda pissed me off that after almost dying, she wants to dive into another crisis. It would be different if she had medical talent, but she's so self a righteous to someone who has already been on the frontlines.

I need the NC-17 version of this! I know it's shoun-ai but it covers a lot of dark stuff without showing anything graphic. Need to hunt down an English translation of the novel now. Someone please tell me there are smutty side stories. ETA: It goes from dark psychological to fan service crack to chibi melodrama. So disappointed and had to give up at c142.

I really liked the beginning, but then she loses all strength and fierce ness the moment she's discovered by the playboy prince. Then she becomes this blushing little girl and is no longer the stoic and unrelenting general. Also, there's a lot of story arcs that get mentioned and dropped quickly - demon swords, fugitive yaoi fanfic writers, the FL's whole family situation...
