Why there are always rape scene it's sick and disgusting

It had everything to be an amazing manga but I can't get why they insist on putting rape scenes as if it were acceptable

How can anyone find acceptable stories like this ?? I think that's why it's so common in this kind of genre people keep reading, most have an absurd number of visualizations, no use finding rape wrong in real life and acceptable in fictional stories, one way or another is apology and if a rapist reads this kind of thing and sees that the majority likes it, it's as if people are agreeing to his acts, the worst is the victim thanking the rapist for the rape ?????? WTF I get sick with this kind of thing
