I especially appreciate how each character contribute to the plot and character development. You see the trio like they'll be there only as 'Jokers' at first, but that's not it at all!! Each person has their own past (which affect their decisions in the story), and that past is addressed as the characters and plot develop. Also, you feel very connected to the characters this way! Wanting to cheer them on!! Ganbare, minna!!
