The fact that he says the entire of sex is to feel good and have fun made me so, so happy, It's a low bar but one most BLs still do not reach. They use lube, they use condoms, and at NO point does he ignore Leo or push ahead without thought for how he feels. He brings Leo water after sex, with a straw do he doesn't even have to get up. It's so sweet. He also mentions at one point that they had sex, felt asleep, made out, fell asleep again, and then went for ramen, Like actual people do. I fucking hate the way yaoi almost exclusively jackhammering away at the poor bottom for 6 hours, it's not hot to me at all. THIS kind of sex is hot, because they actually look like they're having a good time. ... And oh god, the way Ryuji approaches Leo's color-blindness is incredible. He helps when Leo needs it, does his research, and ASKS how Leo would feel about trying corrective glasses. He doesn't assume anything or treat Leo like he's lacking, and he can empathize enough to understand why Leo might NOT want to try them. He's so supportive and gentle while also being goofy and optimistic. I love him. I love them. EXEMPLARY BL.

Very cute. I love the first couple, don’t care about the second. I really appreciated how Akifumi and Touji approached sex. There was even several mentions of cleaning, which you NEVER see in BL.

The story is simple, but in 6 chapters it manages to show SO many things that I want from yaoi but rarely get. Two gay MCs, a seme who, despite being a “playboy,” is more patient, considerate, and gentle than 99% of others, and an outspoken, proactive uke. It’s one of the healthiest and most realistic portrayals of sex I’ve seen - discussion of actual pre-sex prep, LUBE, listening to your partner, and working up to penetrative sex over time. It’s a crime that this doesn't have a higher rating.
