My Starry Sky
To be totally honest with myself and everyone, I became very emotionally attached to the characters in this story. The story had amazing character development and they felt very real. I could imagine these characters being real people, truly experiencing these emotions. I actually became afraid at one point because I thought one of the charcters was going to kill himself. I really loved the fact that the two characters that Yeonduk had some sort of attachment to had sky-like hair. Not only did I loe the hair on the characters, I loved the art in general. The story also contains commendable pacing. The characters acted very life-like and did not quickly bury the hatchet right after one little apology. The character actually worked to fix everything, which was something that happened after a long period of time. To me it felt unrushed and felt perfectly paced because of this.
BJ alex
This manhwa really resonates with many. Whether we wish to admit that we smile and act differently than how we feel does not change this fact. Jiwon's character makes you sympathize and empathize with him, but at the same time, you wish you could tell him off doe how he acts. As for Dong-gyun, he is the most lovable cinnamon roll in the world. Not only that, hos friend is hilarious and absolutely lovable. I must say, this story really pulled on my heartstrings and I will always enjoy reading "BJ Alex".
Oh! My Assistant Webtoon
This manhwa was absolutely engaging and beautiful. I binge-read this in two days and am seriously considering re-reading it. The author put so much detail into the characters more life-like and it was quite apparent. Seonho was like a big puppy dog (not only was his personality like this, his looks match this) and really did have a really bad taste in clothing. Muyeong had a very interesting backstory and his facial expressions were well thought of and managed to show off emotions with his facial expressions so well. The art was just exquisite too. It matched everything so well and really illuminated the light-hearted mood. When it was needed, though, it still was able to make the mood more dreary by changing the colours. I would love to see a spinoff or two just to see Junseok find his man and to see Seonho's backstory.
