A Master, Who Woke up as a Concubine
IDK how I feel about the main character, yes she's funny but she feels kind of empty and shallow. Her story started with a bang and immediately turned into a historical-slice-of-life-(fantasy-ish)-comedy. Same thing about So-Yeo, (the original host of the body), why did she kill herself? Why is she ostracized by the others? Moreover, why aren't there any women with substance that their WHOLE storyline relates to a man, (for example, see Yeom Gwi-In). Another thing that bothered me is that the plot moves too-slow and too-fast AT THE SAME TIME, it's driving me nuts, how come we don't almost anything about her, (beside she's super quirky), and yet the ML is already head over heals! To sum up, not a perfect Manhwa for sure but a fun read.
The Baby Concubine Wants to Live Quietly
Bad translation but tolerable. Good art and fashion. Interesting concept but with slow pacing and no actual plot. Kind of just a fluffy child-fic, where everybody loves her and she basically has no goals but "survive". IDK if I'll continue reading, it's cute and sometimes amusing, but not much else.
