Arashi dreams about kissing and accidently kisses haname which cause the love allergy heart rashes to show up on his body. Haname confesses and then arashi also starts falling in love. Miyoshi(uke),currently haname's and arashi's doctor falls in love with kaga(seme) 2ho has love allergy for him. One day they hearts disappeared and that made him anxious. Turns out kaga was going for a medicine trial. Miyoshi falls in love and they ares till dating now.

Ok so seme and uke are childhood friends and neighbors. Uke older than seme by 10 years but looks young and sexy. Seme been in love with uke since childhood.
