Feeding lamb
Kami Kon ni Ai
absolutely boring. the usual bottom who appears to not know what his feelings are and after a few rapes knows he's in love with the top. there hasn't been that much of yanderes in bl, but the bottom always lacks.
Kiyoku Tadashiku Utsuku Shiku
an omega is born in an alpha family, and he is hidden away from all eyes. he meets top when they are children, who is an alpha and has been told omegas are lowlife. after saying to the omega he doesn't want anything to do with him because of society's opinion towards omegas, they depart, but alpha never forgets him. until they meet again, and the once innocent, pure omega turns out to be a mere prostitute nobody -loves. __________________________- first, im a sucker for societies who see omegas as nothing because is a good angst, but this one was pure shock value, unfortunately. this work was so fucking sad. i can see how people don't like this because of the shock scenes, so i get it. the plottwists were decent, but i think conflicts were so fast, and included character after characters to create more trauma for the protagonists. honestly, our two protagonists were likeable, and the soft end they got was nice. although i think a lot of things were for shock value (like the fucking dude that came from nowhere and was a fucking pedo because the family allowed it), and it could have been developed better or just be... changed. it was really depressing, and it's not that satisfactory but i liked the ending. i mean, the alpha had sex at the beginning but seeing the manga ending in such a sweet way was nice. i hated the sister, the dude, the grandma, the mother... it was a bit irritating for them not showing any repercussions, but i guess many times there is no justice. also, i really believed there was going to be murder, lmao, because i would have done it. also, the classmate small arc was just weird as hell, and i honestly didn't see how that helped the characters nor the plot. either way, if you are not that easy to shock, i recommend it, although it has some cheap shock value. "i was born to meet you, but this life doesn't want us to be together."
Yami Bl
an anthology of various authors writing dark themes. to necrophilia to incest, to abusing your sensei. if you are fucked up, you'll like this. if you are not sensitive for dark themes and it's your jam, read this. honestly, not all of the stories are very clear on what was "the ending", but the others are pretty clear.
Roses and Champagne
► sub is a lawyer, dom is a mafia leader. welp. sub can handle his shit perfectly fine, and dom is a crazy ass motherfucker who can have the face of a fucking angel but still be a demon LOL. loved all the characters involved. the story was decent, the artsyle got better. at first i thought the dom was going to be the usual cold, boring mafia leader that he just wanted to play with sub, but i was surprisingly mistaken! the dom is a fucking manchild who can get grumpy because the sub has some other things to do than accept his dates LOL. that was funny. but i do have a problem with this shit....... okay, rape is a 80% chance to appear in any BL/yaoi. here it appears, but not only that-- the fucking dom is crazy AS FUCK. okay, i get it, bad childhood, boy doesn't know what love is in reality. that's fine. but what i do have a struggle with is that sub didn't even tried to have a conversation about what happened-- he just does an internal monologue about how he understands the dom's actions but it is obviously not okay, but he never brings it up. i would have LOVED, i mean LOVED, to see the conversation and see dom at least understand that he was wrong. but nope. so yeah. from suicide attempts to make your love still be with you, to shot him THREE TIMES and then rape him for a week-- very romantic, ceaser! but anwyays, i do recommend this manhwa if you are not triggered by those themes easily. their dynamic is fantastic, and our MC is a strong character on his own-- very likeable.
Legs That Won't Walk
felt like the protagonist was just a fucking doll who didn't do shit. i liked him, he was a cinnamon roll, but brother didn't do shit the whole time but just be handled around? the whole story was good and it had depth, making the other characters stand out more. the artsyle begins a bit wonky, and the first chapters are a BIG turn off. but, if you keep reading, i think this is a decent story. the "arc" with the childhood friend was useless, though. don't know what was the purpose of that, and the rape scene? but oh well. mandatory thrope. i liked the two love interest, tbh.
