Kiyoku Tadashiku Utsuku Shiku
an omega is born in an alpha family, and he is hidden away from all eyes. he meets top when they are children, who is an alpha and has been told omegas are lowlife. after saying to the omega he doesn't want anything to do with him because of society's opinion towards omegas, they depart, but alpha never forgets him. until they meet again, and the once innocent, pure omega turns out to be a mere prostitute nobody -loves. __________________________- first, im a sucker for societies who see omegas as nothing because is a good angst, but this one was pure shock value, unfortunately. this work was so fucking sad. i can see how people don't like this because of the shock scenes, so i get it. the plottwists were decent, but i think conflicts were so fast, and included character after characters to create more trauma for the protagonists. honestly, our two protagonists were likeable, and the soft end they got was nice. although i think a lot of things were for shock value (like the fucking dude that came from nowhere and was a fucking pedo because the family allowed it), and it could have been developed better or just be... changed. it was really depressing, and it's not that satisfactory but i liked the ending. i mean, the alpha had sex at the beginning but seeing the manga ending in such a sweet way was nice. i hated the sister, the dude, the grandma, the mother... it was a bit irritating for them not showing any repercussions, but i guess many times there is no justice. also, i really believed there was going to be murder, lmao, because i would have done it. also, the classmate small arc was just weird as hell, and i honestly didn't see how that helped the characters nor the plot. either way, if you are not that easy to shock, i recommend it, although it has some cheap shock value. "i was born to meet you, but this life doesn't want us to be together."
The Alpha's Bride
disappointing... thought our MC would be a 'strong alpha' (or at least in personality) and he was obviously a damn twink from the start lmao. felt rushed, the relationship didn't even develop organically, didn't feel like anything happened at all, irya best character (he would have been a better protagonist, tbh), the best friend can be erased and nothing worth is lost, the artstyle is pretty, just smut and bam the must-have rape scene, too cliche but with no charm at all, same overused scenes and conflicts... grrr manga with no charm at all tbh.
