I feel like this whole manga is just for money grabs, hard advertising their patreon, every new chapter getting an even worse and worse censorship to the point they dont even show the whole bodies anymore, it's getting ridiculous, just keep it to making the pp's all whitened out and the bootyholes, no need to completely censor the sex scenes.. This is way too confusing, this entire manga is a clickbait. Cover shows the "Master" As the Seme, he literally does BDSM stuff and he's in the dominant position, Starts touching the "new" butler like a Seme. And suddenly out of nowhere He's begging them to fuck his ASS. NO- NO- NO-. Stop with these aweful plots they make no sense, atleast make it obvious where the butler seems buffer or taller but this isn't even hot at all.
