It has been ten years since then, and Hayate has diligently followed through with his promise to Takashi, but instead of his feelings fading away - they've only increased. Thinking that he cannot continue with unrequited love toward his straight friend, Takashi lies to Hayate saying "I've found someone I love..." A sad, provoking and erotic story of unrequited love moved by friendship and desires.

It starts off with the classic Eugene Onegin plot set-up involving rejection: Yusei was Hotaka's senpai in high school and archery club, where he rejected the younger boy, even though he was attracted, because Hotaka is male. Years later, Yusei's work superior, Ueda, wants to introduce him to his new boyfriend, who happens to be Hotaka, every bit attractive as ever. That's where the similarities with the Eugene Onegin storyline end. For one thing, Yusei always regretted the way they parted, not just after finding out that he still thinks Hotaka is hot.

I love the story about the class president and the captain of the swimming team, adorable! The first one is okay.

Really sweet story, you see them in high school when they were friends then college when they sleep together and it progresses until they move in and are older.
