A very average BL manga. The seme having issues with his sexuality/coming is interesting, but the uke is so generic that it really ruins the originality.

One of the best BL manga I've ever read. Unlike many romance stories, "BJ Alex" has actual character development. DG hasn't changed much, but has become a bit more confident. Jiwon changed a lot. At first, he was mean and extremely two-faced. Now, he has accepted his true self and is finally more honest with himself and others. The base storyline isn't too unique; a cold seme taking advantage of a shy uke that lacks self-confidence. Other storylines in "BJ Alex" are much more special, however, like coming out to friends and dealing with trauma and homophobia. These themes should be more present in BL, but they are strangely rare. All in all, "BJ Alex" is an amazingly addictive story that you won't regret reading.

Shy, kind pushover Haebom x stoic step-brother Taesung. Haebom gets adopted by Taesung's mom after his parents died. Haebom misunderstood Taesung and thought he hated him for getting adopted. Taesung gets closer to Haebom when he notices that he's getting bullied. Romance ensues. I highly recommend this BL. It's really like a typical shoujo manga, but instead of 1 guy and 1 girl it's 2 guys. Very adorable. I also like how it's realistic in regards to coming out to people.

Caucasian werewolf 'Keaton' x Native-American veterinarian werewolf 'Chayton'. Chayton's family is against his relationship with Keaton because he's of a different race and of the same sex. Together, they fight for acceptance. An interesting concept, but the characters seem kind of shallow (no depth).

Famous actor 'Nozomi' x make-up artist 'Kentarou'. Kentarou falls in love with the stoic Nozomi when he's assigned to be his make-up artist. Slowly, he breaks through Nozomi's shell and sees different sides of him. A good read. I wish it was a bit longer, but I have no further large complaints.

Popular student Yuyang x stoic new student Lihuan. A university romance between the popular and charismatic Yuyang and the stoic and misunderstood Lihuan. Lihuan has to deal with his grief after his mom passing away and him being misunderstood because of his stoic expression, while Yuyang struggles with his identity as a gay man and his disapproving family. The characters, especially Lihuan, are really easy to get attached to. Lihuan is adorable in a very unique way, and Yuyang is great because of his kindness and strength. Storywise, it's nothing super crazy or dramatic, but it works nonetheless. Simply put, it's a great university romance BL.
