Nerd Project
This is such an interesting story. It’s a mystery with so much sexual tension. I felt like it developed very naturally and realistically for two previously straight dudes. The storytelling and slow reveal of info was also excellent and I can’t wait to see the rest!
Cupid in the Rainbow Trap
Wow I just love this, it’s so cute and sexy right off the bat. I love how into Taejun Hongyeon is and their first sex scene with exploring each others bodies is so sexy and perfect. The art and colors are so pretty and magical-feeling. It really gives the comic a surreal and pretty feeling despite being set in an office.
Pygmalion
I absolutely love this, it’s honestly one of my favorite webcomics ever. It’s so cute and I love the sense of humor, it makes me laugh so much. Solid characters in a cute and lighthearted story, all of it is just so good.10/10 So much to this comic is subverting your expectations and I love it. Just one example is that they are a switch couple, which is awesome. And I love how awkward and genuine their first sex scene is, it’s so funny and perfect.
REVERSE (Yuitsu)
The translation was super rough so I feel like I missed many nuances, but despite that I liked the underlying story. It’s got some solid conflicted but attracted to other vibes and the leads have good chemistry. Would love to read a better translation.
My Destined One
I liked it. Fairly simple but it had a certain charm and was pretty sweet, sometimes that’s just what I want.
Man Crush
The art style is interesting and I appreciate that there is conflict that doesn’t drag on for too long since there are so many couples. But I want that one blonde haired guy to find someone since all his friends are getting together. Ch 66?
Fate Between Neighbors
I picked it up on a whim but really enjoyed this one. A story about a boy who has been hurt and emotionally manipulated and suffered from homophobia and another boy who is a serial player but catches feelings for the first time. About putting yourself back together and learning to love after spiraling in self loathing and self destruction from past trauma. It’s honestly super interesting and well written. The conflicts, while frustrating in their lack of communication, feel authentic to people making assumptions about the other’s feelings based on their own prior baggage. I just want Su-Gyeom to love himself and let Do-Jun love him too. Overall I thought it was genuinely a pretty good story with interesting themes for how simple the plot was in the end. The mental blocks Su-Gyeom had to work through were honestly very realistic for a real person with insecurities and that always makes a story like this more interesting.
