Ok but fr the MC not only looks 12 but his relationship with the ML is nothing short but awful. The MC had the opportunity to cut off the ML but chooses not to, cries, and then has the audacity to go straight back to the ML after the ML takes advantage of him, blackmails him, and the rapes him multiple times throughout the story. Even if you don’t care for rape this manga is like ever other manga so don’t waste your time and move on.
