Night of Ecstasy's manga / #Yaoi(79)

I dropped this around 60 chapters. It's nothing but misery for the Uke, with very few happy moments. I absolutely hate this Seme as well. He's hot as fuck but after the whole kidnapping event with the Uke and the rival gang and his reaction to it I wanted to punch him. Look, I love a bit of toxicity and obsession as much as the next girl but this is too much. Fuck this guy. Other characters aren't better either (especially the rapey tattoo guy). Only decent ones here are the people Uke works with.

I fucking loved this. I couldn't put it down. The art is beautiful, the story is captivating, and best of all THE COUPLE IS FUCKING ADORABLE TOGETHER!!! No miscommunication, no toxicity, no rape, all sweetness. (The Seme being a giant beefcake is also a bonus)

It's short and simple. As long as you're not here for story, it's an enjoyable read.

The story starts to delve into more of the side couple and I'm not at all complaining. This is one of the few times I PREFERRED the side couple over the main. They have a better story and overall dynamic with eachother, whereas the main is just miscommunication that's quickly resolved.

Nice art but these characters were all over the place. Story was a mess. Especially in the first half.

For a couple of consisting of a gangster and a depressed broke guy, this was surprisingly wholesome.
