Dounimo Nannai Soushi Souai
Story was ok. Nothing really unique about it. A quick read if you're bored.
Taiyou No Ie
I absolutely enjoyed it. The hardships each person went through, the innocent and pure love that slowly blossomed. It really had my heart flutter. It's a manga, I know, but regardless, I wish Mao and Hiro happiness, and I wish that Daiki finds someone he loves. Just like what Mao had said, he's a really sweet guy despite being too blunt and sometimes mean. I really, really enjoyed it.
Wild Ones
It's quite a funny manga. The story certainly doesn't depict the life of a true yakuza, because this family is very friendly and giving. The only mean part is when they give a scary expression but that's it. They're sweethearts. The story however, could use a little more drama, I thought it was really light hearted, so if that's the goal then I suppose the author did a good job. However, because there were drama and hardships in the manga, I thought those could have been better presented. It didn't show how emotional and tragic those circumstances truly, just a glimpse of its true nature. So those parts were taken rather for granted and not given enough depth, which could have enhanced and engaged the reader more. If I could give a 4.5, I'd give that. But because there isn't, I suppose I'll lean towards 5, since 4 seems a little too unfair.
Gokusen
Yankumi: "I've never hit a woman before" Minoru: "You...just how much more masculine are you going to get?" There are so many funny scenes that you can't help but laugh out loud! Yankumi is awesome, Shin is a sweetheart, and at the end being brain washed by the host was just hilariously cute that it even got to Yankumi! Lmao I wish there was a continuation of this, and some more lovely dovey between Yankumi and Shin. She is so awkward that it's hilarious to watch Shin tame her! A re-reread for sure!
Yatteraneeze!
The story was good, and I liked that it was long that there was good character development. Misaki is such a possessive guy though! Hiroya is a bit too weak for my taste, though he did stand up for himself at times. Tokunaga is slowly falling for Hiroya hehe. It was a good read.
Hana ni Arashi
Ran falls in love with Riko at first sight and pursues her until she admits her feelings, whilst he was being targeted by many people because he's the next heir to a multi-billion dollar company. Definitely unrealistic about school bombings and what not with no authoritative intervention by police etc., but it's an ok story, and Ran as a character is really sweet. Riko has a bit of inferiority complex just because she confessed to a guy and got dumped, so hated her flexibility abilities, which is kind of lame. Not much depth in the story. Ok story to pass by.
Barairo Mitsubachi
I really liked Kazoumi's and his personality. He's possessive, hot and sweet. Aoi, like many yaoi uke are way too much of a crybaby. They need to build some more backbone and be more aggressive with what they desire. It was a good read overall.
Pinocchio Manhwa
I enjoyed this story so much! There were some scenes that were so tear-jerking! It's of course a supernatural story, but it had a certain realism to it, and the drama felt real. The depth, pain, hilarious scenes and everything in between were awesome. I can continue to read this forever! So disappointed it ended, yet very satisfied with the ending. Well, I do wish there was a little more romance shown between Gaon and Haram at the end, but nonetheless I thoroughly enjoyed it. I originally thought Haram and Hanbit would be together, and I felt really bad for Gaon because I enjoyed his character so much. To my surprise I realized that my wish for Gaon and Haram came true. It was a great twist in the plot about Gaon!! I wish all the other guys happiness!! A reread!
Nirameba Koi
This was really cute. I would have never thought that Ryuu would be the uke, quite a turn of events and rather hilarious. I enjoyed it as a pass time.
