not rated bc this is the second time i’m trying to read it and can’t be bothered the first chapter had promise, he’s crushing but his crush crushed harder and is obsessive stalker levels of creepy. doesn't that seem fun? but i just didn’t care

the translators were trying to convey that the ghost came from an older time, but the old-english-type of language was really hard to get through. i liked the uke's design and in my original comment i was salty that the sex scenes took inspiration from china's censorship. this comment is based on a re-read, but i actually didn't read the story at all, which is why it's labeled snoozefest

the black haired guy in the cover is a smidge taller and is the uke. i don't think i like him being the uke because he has kind eyes that give off a gentle and timid persona. he has a bit of a fade from the back and in some panels, looks like maybe he would be the top in another story. the seme has that more forward personality and i think that might be why i'd prefer him to bottom. i originally wrote this off as a conventional pairing, but i'm retagging it in case i'd like to actually read it in the future. i haven't read it, but just from the vibes it seems wholesome.
