an entire story revolving around a guy's super sensitive nipples seems ridiculous and it is, but i didn't expect to find something more complex revolving around the tension and loneliness between two childhood friends. i feel like some pages might have gotten lost, cut off, or rearranged bc the flow was kind of weird but the gist of it was enough to grab me

lol the dialogue is as awkward and stiff as the drawings what is even happening

there's a lot of weird side stories, one of them doesn't even play the "but we're not blood related siblings" trope it was legit actual incest and no one batted an eye

zany and surreal, with an element of horror added for good measure. the author did an incredible job surprising me as a reader, from the title of the story to the bright and colorful palette of the paneling to how the world and characters are introduced. i really thought this was gonna be straight up crack but it's actually pretty dark and depressing. it's got action, plot, and world building, and while following along with the story felt like a wild ride, it was fitting bc that really felt like the intention.

the cover put me off for the longest time but i'm glad i gave it a shot bc it's incredible. a buff bottom demon lord under financial duress, an overly horny magical boy top, amazing. ok i finished it and i like that it's out there, but it ended up being too out there for me, go figure.

apparently it's complete. the art is impeccable and the gags are funny but the story itself is kinda blah

the cover and the contents do not match the actual story is so unserious and i love it. on a second read, it's also nice to see a story where the characters transcend their "biological programming" and are with each other for who they are instead of who they're expected to be. oddly sweet? dark skin uke in second to last chapter
