MC used to be fat and plumpy and then liked a girl but the girl said he was like a gorilla and he was teased MC then decided to workout and become pretty and handsome but he has the habit of always getting attention bc of the incident of the girl which made him insecure and made him fake smile and act nice MC then met ML whom was more handsome than MC (in my opinion) but MC was jealous he always got the attention then after some drama, MC and ML fell in love there's also 3 or 2 side couples the story overall is super great, healthy and all green flags
