Yam's manga / #age gap(60)

the translation was probably not good enough for the full depth of the character to be explored (sometimes, I didn't really understand what he meant lol). But when you extrapolate, the story is pretty sad, deep and lovely (even tho the seme is stupid for pretending to be a motherfucking flasher just to get the attention of the uke; jesus, that's dumb).

Although it feels like it has a suuuper slow pace, every chapter builds upon the last and makes the characters more interesting. I even got chills (how the fuck??) at chapter 69 when the MC realized she had made her dream come true. Although the drama was a little boring, the story is perfect.

Although I can see the writer is trying to make the main guy a deeper character (which would give this manga a 4/5), I can't help but see him as just another cliché guy-turned-feminine-to-be-an-uke-to-the-cool-seme-I-wanted-to-write. Like... they almost have a 10 year difference! And the uke guy (main character) isn't even 18!! BRUH. Anyway, pretty standard yaoi for it's time so it just gets a 3.

The only reason this manga isn't one star is because the writing is fine and so is the art. And there's no rape.

It only looses a star because the man was sexually assaulted and could've easily pushed the girl off (which he didn't) ; but not only that (which doesn't really matter) his explanation and his arguments as to why he didn't feel like doing it with that girl were that "he could feel she wasn't into it and was forcing herself"... THE FUCK YOU MEAN? THAT'S IT? If she was into it would he have done it?? And than his profession of love to his girlfriend reads as super weak and kinda empty. Long story short, that made me feel uneasy for a few chapters about the boyfriend. Other than that, 5/5, and it reminds me of me and my partner. AND it has good messages and a ok LGBTQIA+ reprensation :)
