Other smaller nobles were reluctant but the top followed so they had no choice but to follow. Main had talked to the saints previous ch ago, that the reason the parallel shadow world holy empire fell was because of the divide of countries not being unified to work together. . Wait for ch 43 Ch 41-42 main had read the tombs and there was a history of a pandemic that was released and someone who was rising as a hero found a cure. But that same disease is what the duke has. Duke explains he has no choice but to follow the emperor bc he has the potion that contains the disease and essentially poisoned duke to do his bidding. Emperor also has the cure, so he can fluctuate the state of the disease to get his pawns to do what he wants. But main was able to ease duke's pain away, so duke has to act weak and dependent on emperor for the medicine to avoid eyes on main. Emperor doesn't expect that and had already planned duke to marry main for alliance of main's dad's influence. Ch 35 duke comes and sees how the dad was going to hit main and duke seens main locked up in a dusty room. He is pissed Ch 29 main meets with her friend when she was an orphan, he is part of the info guild with high position. Main asks for help and friend looks like he had a crush on her Ch 25 both r being used and in the same boat Ch 10-11 the black knight is a duke and he shows his face to main and he is curious about the tombs of ancient language and wants to explore them with main since she can translate Main going back in time after she died. No new world, just diverting from her past decisions
